After winning the half-hour category of the 2018 ScreenCraft Pilot Launch TV Script Competition with his script The King Is Dead, Gabriel Cruz worked closely with the ScreenCraft team, taking meetings and drawing interest from several managers before signing with Scott Carr of Scott Carr Management.
