Killers by Stephanie Stanley

Two women in their late 60s concoct a plan to collect $1 million in life insurance on a homeless man they adopt off the streets of L.A. Problem is, they can't wait for him to die naturally. Refusing to go gently into that good night, these two not only get away with running the man down with a car - they adopt another homeless man and DO IT AGAIN. Based on a true story. (One-Hour Pilot)
