Grand Prize Winner

Ostrich by Taylor Tejada

Feature Winner

TV Pilot Winner

Breaker by Bob Oltra and Addie Manis

BREAKER is a Rust Belt crime drama in which two families find themselves caught in a triangle of cash, corruption and convicted children after one of their sons falls victim to a powerful judge’s campaign to be hard on crime. Inspired by real events, BREAKER peels back the skin of one American town in order to ask — Whose sins can we forgive?
