What Did We Learn From the Latest "Star Wars" Trailer?

The final trailer for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens debuted during Monday Night Football, opening up the floodgates for online ticket sales. The sales are literally breaking the internet, at least with contributing ticket site servers being bombarded and crashing.
The new trailer introduced many new elements to the next installment within the Star Wars franchise. Here are just a few observations:
- We finally hear the voices of almost all of the new characters, including the mysterious villain Kylo Ren.
- We see additional shots of the new droid BB-8, including one where he is on an X-Wing and another as he rolls through the desert with Rey.
- A new story element has been introduced, showcasing that the younger characters have been kept in the dark about the Jedi, the Dark Side, the Force, etc.
- We finally see footage of Leia. She's clearly distraught or sad about something.
- We see additional footage of Han Solo and Chewbacca.
- In that shot, Chewbacca has been injured. You'll see a white bandage on his right arm.
- Rey cries in front of something just off-screen that has fur (Chewbacca?).
- There is a Death Star repair droid at 1:56, just like the one Chewbacca howled at in the first Star Wars.
- We see Kylo Ren surrounded by others that are dressed much like him.
- The shot of Luke and R2-D2 is interesting because it precedes footage of Kylo Ren and stormtroopers attacking someplace that is covered in destruction and fire. Luke and R2-D2 are surrounded by the same setting. Perhaps Kylo Ren is hunting Luke down and Luke's safe haven of sorts has been destroyed. This could mirror Luke finding the remains of the Jawas in the original film.
- At 1:49, on the ice planet, a long trench can be seen amidst a battle between many TIE Fighters and X-Wings. Could this mirror the trench from the original Death Star?
And much, much more.
