ScreenCraft Presents the 2016 Oscar Nominations

The 2016 Oscar nominations have been announced!  

Some welcome and surprise nominations include; Mad Max: Fury Road with multiple acknowledgements by the Academy (including Best Picture and Best Director), Rachel McAdams nabbed her first nomination for Spotlight, Tom Hardy with his first nomination for The Revenent, Straight Outta Compton with a Best Original Screenplay nod, and perhaps not a surprise, but welcomed with much applause during the live announcement, Sylvester Stallone returns to the Oscars with his first nomination (Best Supporting Actor) since the original Rocky for, ironically, his supporting role as Rocky in Creed.
