Justin Marks to Adapt Vertigo Comics’ ‘Federal Bureau of Physics’

Deadline recently reported that screenwriter Justin Marks will adapt Vertigo Comics’ "Federal Bureau Of Physics," and will pen the script based on a treatment by Simon Oliver, who created the comic with Robbi Rodriguez. For this project, Marks will reunite with producer David Goyer. The pair teamed up previously for "Green Arrow: Escape From Supermax."
The comic series centers on the FBP, or the Federal Bureau of Physics, which is a group formed in a world where quantum disturbances frequently happen and demand attention.
Marks is the screenwriter for "The Jungle Book," which is currently in pre-poduction, as well as the TV movie "Rewind," the film "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li" and the shorts "The Stranger," "Unbroken" and "Fast Forward."
