Here's What People Are Saying About the ScreenCraft Writers Summit

We would like to extend our appreciation and thanks to everyone who was able to come to the 2019 ScreenCraft Writers Summit in Atlanta.
From the attendees, panelists, and sponsors, to the volunteers and extended staff that made it happen, you all helped us create the biggest and best summit we've hosted thus far. We had nearly 500 attendees, up from last year's 300, and we are grateful for our partnership with the Atlanta Film Festival this year.
From April 5th - 8th, we held workshops, panels, cocktail parties, pitch events and mentorship with some of Hollywood’s top screenwriters, agents, managers, studio executives and producers at the historic Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta.

- SeriesFest Presents: Network, Cable or Streaming? A Television Battle Royale
- and The Failure Panel.
We also had an incredible group of panelists including:
- Meg LeFauve - Oscar-nominated Screenwriter (INSIDE OUT, THE GOOD DINOSAUR, CAPTAIN MARVEL)

Here are a few testimonials from our passionate attendees:
"The vibe at the Atlanta Screencraft Writers Summit is beyond cool. It's like the best parts of the Austin Film Fest in a smaller, more intimate setting. From having drinks with an Oscar-winning writer, to getting to meet fellow creatives, the atmosphere was open and inviting. I will definitely be back!" - Tony G.
"Everything and everyone was so personable and approachable. I made so many new friends with similar ambition to become a successful writer. I feel those new friendships will last a long time and we will all be encouraging of one another and help each other to rise up." - Alainna M.
"I am a shy, introverted person. The caring people at ScreenCraft get this. Their Summit is geared towards getting people like me out of their shells and interacting with each other. The panelists treat you with such respect and are more than happy to impart their knowledge. I would go back in a heartbeat." - Matthew W.
"This conference was all about authentic connections. So many writers at every stage of their careers, genuinely looking to foster a sense of camaraderie. The panelists floored me with their generosity and the valuable insights they had to share about craft and the business of screenwriting." - Lesley Alicia T.
"The ScreenCraft Writers Summit was a fantastic opportunity to engage with other writers & creative minds in a fun, relaxed setting. I was so impressed with the level of talent from both attendees & panelists. The ScreenCraft staff was organized, hospitable & helpful at every turn. And what a great honor & privilege to be a pitch finalist & have the opportunity to present my story to a room full of receptive creatives & industry pros! Thank you, ScreenCraft, for this valuable experience." - Kimberly C.
"It would take several years working in the business to get a quarter of the information we were provided. The opportunities, information, and people we were exposed to is unparalleled to anything else. Definitely worth the time and cost of attending.
