ABC has greenlit its third Marvel television series. Marvel's Most Wanted will focus on the Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. second season characters Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood).
The concept was originally conceived as a Mr. and Mrs. Smith-style show but has been retooled as a new take focusing on the same duo and their continuing adventures.
Thus far, it's just a pilot order and no word on if it will attain a backdoor spot behind the third season of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jeffrey Bell (Angel, The X-Files), series writer Paul Zbyszewski (Lost), and Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb are attached as executive producers.
