It’s only April, but SpecScout has already released a new Scoggins Report, telling us how many spec screenplays were sold so far this year.
January and February were both slow, with only two and eight specs sold, respectively. March, on the other hand, saw a whopping 16 specs sold, the highest monthly number since October 2011. Still, the coming months will have to feature more double-digit sales figures to catch up with 2011 and 2012.
