The 2014 Black List is here!

By December 16, 2014Blog, Featured

It’s that time of year again, when the industry’s top spec feature screenplays are tallied by The Black List  (not to be confused with the eponymous blcklst.com website for aspiring screenwriters).  Voters for the annual ranking of “the industry’s” favorite unproduced scripts include agents, managers, creative executives and assistants.  This year marks the tenth anniversary of the list.  Creative Artists Agency took top honors as the agency representing the most writers on the list, followed by UTA, WME, Verve, and Paradigm.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary, this year’s list was announced with plenty of fanfare via tweeted video announcements featuring some familiar celebrities.  It’s a big list this year, and includes a mix of new screenwriters and industry veterans.
